Our brand new recovery room was completed in May 2026. This service is included in our weekly memberships. We also offer pay-as-you-go sessions to the public, available on request during business hours.

KIDS PLAY AREA

Our kids room is a welcoming space for all siblings or students to play between classes. Parents can watch their children train while in view of other kids. 
We are a family friendly gym!

We have a designated space for any siblings and kids to hang out during class times. Although we do not offer a creche service, the space has been built to be isolated yet visible to parents watching their children on their mats and in the play space.
